Preparing for the PMP exam is an opportunity to strengthen how you manage projects as well as work towards a professional credential.
Our course combines structured exam preparation with practical explanations of the tools and techniques. You learn what the concepts mean and how to use them in your own projects.
Crystal has supported PMP candidates since 2005. Our training brings together authorised PMI materials, Sean Whitaker’s experience as a practitioner and author, and individual support throughout your preparation.

The course provides the project management education needed for the PMP training requirement, subject to completing the required attendance and course activities. Confirm these requirements for your chosen course before booking. Your education and project experience must also meet PMI’s eligibility criteria.
What if I miss a session?
Recorded sessions can support your catch-up study. Attendance requirements still apply to the completion certificate, so talk to us before booking if you expect to miss a live session.
What is not included in the course fee?
PMI membership, the examination fee and any separately required PMI books are not included. Confirm the reading list and current membership benefits before buying books.
