His extensive international experience in project management, across a multitude of industries such as mining, defence, banking, energy, space exploration, public service and telecommunications, brings a truly global perspective to your business. Sean has published books and papers on the practice of project management and is a world-renowned trainer and presenter. In 2016, he was recognised as one of the Top 123 Global Influencers of the profession of project management. He has been granted the status of Fellow of PMI New Zealand in recognition of significant and sustained contribution to the profession. He is known for his passionate, professional and direct style.

Jane has worked with clients all over the globe and brings her critical eye to all of our research and data analysis work.


Dave Wallace

Project Management Consultant


Dave WallaceDavid is a portfolio, programme and project management practice consultant with more than 10 years’ experience. He has worked in the IT field for two decades and also has extensive experience in the energy and government sectors, in both customer and vendor environments. Dave is comfortable and experienced in coaching and working with executive leaders and leading P3M peers in developing and applying practice changes.

 David is well versed in both the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Office of Government Commerce (UK) (OGC) portfolio, programme, and project management standards, and in openly sharing the associated practices and encouraging their use. He is also a certified Scrum master and experienced in adopting agile approaches to project management and product delivery. David is the author of Es Ist Kindergarten Nicht (It’s not Kindergarten): Professional Project Management in Information Technology, available on Amazon and Kindle.

Karen has more than 25 years’ experience as a programme and project professional and senior business manager. She is a highly competent and certified management professional, with a unique skill set encompassing portfolio, programme and project management, organisational change management, including assessment of capability), business case development, business and process analysis and workshop facilitation. As a practitioner, she has managed large transformational programmes in the public sector including the integration of the Ministry of Education and Specialist Education Services, and the introduction of the Skilled Migrant Programme – one of the first significant programmes to introduce online, digital processes in a regulatory environment.




Scott Rodgers

Scott RodgersScott has been leading operational businesses and change programmes since 1987 with wide experience in strategic planning and governance, senior level line management, programme and project management, operations management, management consulting, product and service development, and high-value account management in government and the private sector. In both government and private practice, Scott has led the design and implementation of complex and disruptive technology programmes and projects, and managed complex technology operations. With in-depth knowledge and experience, Scott advises business leaders on appropriate maturity improvement and assurance practices and assists them with assessing and interpreting the outcomes of assessments. Scott has been actively delivering maturity assessments and investment assurance reviews of portfolios, programmes, projects and operational businesses since January 2001.
